Attorney
Gus, a Miami native, graduated from Emory University School of Law in 1998 becoming a member of the Florida Bar that same year. Gus then went on to become Chief of Staff, Miami-Dade County School Board, and later a member of the Miami Beach Design Review Board before becoming a member of a law firm. For over twenty years he has focused primarily on real estate and probate law. One of the things clients say they most appreciate about Mr. de Zendegui is his ability to take complex legal concepts, synthesize them and then present them in a way that allows them to make a decision quickly. There is no real estate puzzle he can’t solve. In his spare time, Gus speaks at investor seminars educating about Real Estate, Construction Law, Commercial Litigation, Condominium Law, and Estate Planning. Outside his law practice, Gus is an avid golfer and skier who enjoys the company of his family and cherished friends.

Giovanni V. Borges
Attorney
Giovanni has worked in the legal profession since 2014 and graduated from the University of Central Florida with a bachelor’s degree in legal studies, a certificate in public and professional writing and minor in business administration. Giovanni then went on to graduate from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law where he was named to the Dean’s List for his academic achievement and received recognition for his Pro Bono work. Giovanni's primary practice now focuses on civil litigation, real estate law, probate and estate planning. Giovanni has litigated cases from start to finish throughout the state of Florida, litigated multiple trials as first chair, handled appellate matters and administered multi-million dollar estates. In his spare time, Giovanni speaks at seminars regarding estate planning, wills, trusts and probate. Outside of his practice of law, Giovanni actively volunteers with the Special Olympics and Miami-Dolphins special teams.
