gustavo de Zendegui

Gus, a Miami native, graduated from Emory University School of Law in 1998 becoming a member of the Florida Bar that same year. Gus then became Chief of Staff, at Miami-Dade County School Board, and later a member of the Miami Beach Design Review Board before becoming a member of a law firm. For over 20 years he has focused primarily on real estate and probate law. One of the things clients say they appreciate most about Mr. de Zendegui is his ability to take complex legal concepts, synthesize them, and then present them in a way that allows them to make a decision quickly. There is no real estate puzzle he can’t solve. In his spare time, Gus speaks at investor seminars educating about Real Estate, Construction Law, Commercial Litigation, Condominium Law, and Estate Planning. Outside his law practice, Gus is an avid golfer and skier who enjoys the company of his family and cherished friends.
